The Beach Challenge Foundation is responsible for organizing the Kyocera Beach Challenge. This foundation s closely related to the residential triathlon club RTC Den Haag and is run by volunteers only.
The Kyocera Beach Challenge is made possible by the joint effort of volunteers from:
- Endurance and triathlon club RTC Den Haag
- Athletics club Sparta
- Rijswijkse cycling club De Spartaan
- Endurance and triathlon club TTL Leidschendam
- and many others

The triathlons are held under the auspices of:
- the International Triathlon Union for the World Championships
- the European Triathlon Union for the European Championships
- the Dutch Triathlon Union for all other triathlons
